Police are advising motorists of a crash in Whenuapai this afternoon.

Emergency services responded to reports of the single-vehicle crash on Brigham Creek Road around 12.55pm.

While no serious injuries have been reported, the crash is blocking and the road has been reduced to a single lane.

Motorists are advised to expect significant delays and to avoid travel in the area where possible.
