Well and good too release the 3 prisoners as long as the judge will gaurantee they will not join the insurgency or the Alquida
group when they got there.It is easier to release but you will be responsible if it will not work at all.

This means that these people were planning, but the action was not carried out, so you cannot accuse before the action has been carried out.

It is the same as a person rents an apartment and must pay his monthly rent in advance, because one must consume before paying, in this case the person must live in the apartment a month and then legally is responsible to pay what he has consumed.

Another example is a person goes to a restaturant and pays before eating his meal, according to the law a person must eat his meal and then pay for it after eating it.

So I believe that this federal judge is 100% correct in releasing his decision, and these people must be recompensated for their illegal detainment, and at the same time those who abused these laws must be brought to face justice.

yes,you can pay before you eating if you are going to a buffet style restaurant.Go to Ryan or Golden Corral as well as Chinese

I guess I did not clarify the word restaurant from self service fast food outlets which have replaced the traditional restaurant with all its trimmings, and service charges that certainly now-adays can be patronized by those who are in the elete group of our present society.

Yes, you are absolutely correct in these buffet, and self service outlets, one must pay for its food before it is consumed, and I believe that some of our administrators are using these examples to interpret the laws in this line.

This also opens another way of thinking, and in the traditional way of doing things, wars were declared by Congress, and not by presidents who in most cases have become Sheriff, judge and jury, and abusing all parlementary procedures by adopting special emergency laws that suits, and justify their needs.

You see, I am one of the black sheeps who has left the Arab flock, and my Arab friends want me to keep up my personal prestige and they have given me an expense account so that I will not ever forget to protect their interests and forget my heritage, what they give me is only peanuts to them,since their wealth is so immense, so I enjoy the good things that life offers all at the expense of my generous friends, just think I have dined in the finest restaurants with prominant world leaders.

Infact my Arab friends would increase my expense account if I would convert myself to their fanatic religion, but since I am a free thinker, I just cannot go against my personal principles, and I practice no religion at all, but the funny thing is, that even other religions have offered me a personal expense account if I join theirs, but I am very stubborn and I cannot be bought and go against my principles.

I suggest that you consult your family tree and who knows you might have Arab ancestery, and you can try to use my trick.
